HEISHA solar-powered robot charging station

HEISHA Tech and the CIMC have jointly developed this robot charging station to make the robot work truly autonomous without concern about the charging problem.

There are two containers included in this robot charging solution, one for robot charging and docking, and the other for solar power collection and electricity transformation, which can provide endless energy for the solution.

The containers are provided by CIMC, the world’s largest container supplier with over 26 years of experience.

Inside the robot charging dock, the controlling center will send the task and exam the robot every day, which can remotely get the robot’s condition including battery condition, mechanical abrasion resistance, power line loss, skin health condition, mechanical support points condition, etc. Moreover, there is a cleaning area for the robot to clean the dusk and make sure it won’t affect normal running.

With the automatic recharging, examining, cleaning, and mission receiving and executing functions, unmanned on-site patrolling a plant, and even checking and fixing a problem can all be realized. It will save a lot of trouble currently happening on the power plant, especially the danger surrounding environment, like the chemical plant.

Using solar panels to provide energy for the whole solution is not just environmental-friendly, it solves the power supply trouble in a remote areas. Even placing the charging station in the desert is not a problem.
