SINDi, with deep expertise in industrial manufacturing, system integration, and new energy tech, brings robust supply chain capabilities and large-scale production experience to the partnership. Complementing this, HEISHA contributes its R&D leadership in smart drone docks and autonomous aerial solutions. Together, the two sides will collaborate end-to-end across design, development, and market deployment of the “Scarab” system.
