The Bot-Mansion Concept

Meanwhile, the hardware is upgraded all the time, which also accelerates the complexity of maintenance work.
Robot mansion is a bold and completely new concept, it is also a flexible product that can be compatible with all types of robots even if they are upgrading all the time.
The BMOS
HEISHA Bot-Mansion Operating System (BMOS) is more than a super gateway, it is a bridge to connect the software and hardware. HEISHA has creatively put the “hardware independents from software” idea into practice for years, and all the understanding and accumulations that HEISHA Tech has gained in the “robot mansions” field are merged into the BMOS. To software providers, BMOS offers a brand new developing experience on the hardware connection. One connection to make all the HEISHA hardware work with your software.
BMOS Launch Event (price included)
There are nine main components included in a Bot-Mansion system: rooms, doors, sensors, a weather station, chargers, charging pads, temperature controller nodes, temperature controlling system, and switches.
Two protocols are involved in the BMOS, one is for local connection and adjustment of PDA, based on RS485’s Modbus RTU. The other is based on MQTT, for connecting the Q100 remote maintenance system, which can be connected with software platforms like MQTT API、RESTful API, or WebSocket API.
For docking robots/ drones, it can be one room or multiple rooms, each room for one robot/ drone.
To get the robot/ drone ready for charging, a centering function is likely to be included.
For robots/ drones to enter the dock, “Opened” and “Closed” are two basic statuses, plus “Fault” and “Unknown”.
To sync and control all the indoor temperatures, including the cooling, heating air conditioner, and fan.
For collecting the environmental data, like humidity, temperature, wind speed, wind direction, rainfall amount, etc.
To ensure the robot/ drone charging process under a safe and stable environment.
To integrate all the weather sensor hardware, send the collected data to the controlling system for management.
To turn on/ off the power for restarting a given hardware component.
To charge the robots/ drones smartly, and detect the charging status before sending it to the controlling system.
